To members new and old, welcome to The Harrogate Club, where you’ll be guaranteed a warm welcome. We have an exciting menu of events for our members to enjoy as well as the historic surroundings of The Club.
The Club is something of a Harrogate institution, and one of its best kept secrets. It has been the centre of Harrogate’s club life for business and professional people, since 1857.

Countryside Walk to Crimple Viaduct
Join us for a delightful 6-mile circular walk from The Harrogate Club to the magnificent Crimple Viaduct, one of Harrogate’s most impressive Victorian landmarks. A light lunch of sandwiches will be served at The Harrogate Club on our return.
Robert Ackrill: Journalist; Chartist; Charter Mayor of Harrogate
On Monday 28th September 2026 we welcome John Westmancoat to our Speaker Lunch. John will be discussing Robert Ackrill, a significant figure in Harrogate’s political and journalistic history.
Film Night: Evita
Our October Film Night will take place on Monday 5th October when we will be screening ‘Evita’, a 1996 version of an Andrew Lloyd Webber musical starring Madonna.
Doors will open at 6.30pm with the screening starting at 7pm. Tickets cost £10.
