The Harrogate Club AGM 2023

Dear Member

We look forward to seeing yourself on Tuesday 25th April 2023 at 7pm.

In the AGM, we will be presenting reports from the President and Honorary Treasurer, taking questions, and holding an election for Committee members.

We have received applications for the vacancies on the Committee from Mike Dixon and Clive Whitbourn. Richard Pitt, Peter Bagnall, James Thorn and Andy Gilliland are all co-opted members of the committee and are putting themselves up for election with the full support of the elected members. As there are fewer applicants than the number of vacancies, we can conduct voting for these members on the night of the AGM, via proposer and seconder.

Also available below are the relevant reports plus the signed Accounts and Agenda for the evening. Please note the meeting time and that we will meet in the Reading Room, where the above documents will be available for inspection by any member from today.
