James Thorn, a property expert hailing from Harrogate, embarked on his professional journey after graduating from York St John University in 2013. His early career led him to London, working for Foxtons Estate Agent. Despite the allure of the capital, the call of the north proved strong, prompting James to return to his roots in Harrogate. Since 2015 James has been a Senior Valuer at Hunters Property Group alongside building his own portfolio, within his decade in the property in the property there has been a lot of impacting changes within the industry. Recently across the news there is a lot of talk about the current UK property market, the impact of interest rates, buyers’ expectations, cost of living and even a fall in house prices – it’s all on the table for our upcoming talk.
