We are delighted to welcome Phil Harris as the speaker at our next Business @ Breakfast event, taking place at 8.30am on Friday 26th September. The hour-long session will offer an engaging morning of conversation, insight, and connection exclusively for members and their accompanied guests.

Background
Phil Harris started his career in finance with HSBC, progressing to Director where managed the Private Bank’s highest value relationships across the North of England. Later with Brown Shipley, as an Executive Director, he cemented his presence within the Yorkshire Business and Entrepreneur market. He then founded Coppice, a multi-family office and independent wealth management firm serving a small number of high value relationships. He holds degrees in Finance, Business, Psychology and Sport. He is dual Chartered and a triple Fellow by examination. He is a Leader in Residence with University of Leeds Business School and Chair for the Leeds & District Basketball League.

Spotlight Talk
With extensive and varied experience in the finance industry, Phil has seen the best and worst of industry behaviour. Shaped by his belief and morals he feels ethics have a strong part to play in a functioning finance system. Phil is an industry mentor to those in junior finance roles as well as a regular speaker to finance undergraduates and postgraduates on a variety of topics including Ethics in Finance. For Business @ Breakfast, Club member Phil Harris will be sharing his experiences and stories from fraudster to fantasists.
