Our speakers

Rachel Tunnicliffe is Senior Partner at Raworths. Rachel has significant experience of dealing with wills, trusts and wider succession issues for individuals, families and business owners. She often acts for several generations of the same family, providing a “virtual private office” service. Rachel also acts as a trustee for many private trusts and a small number of charities, and advises professional and lay trustees on their duties.

Rachel’s expertise is recognised in Chambers HNW Guide and The Legal 500, leading independent guides to the legal profession. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Raworths’ Trusts, Wills and Estates team has also been recognised by Chambers HNW Guide.

Karl Dembicki is a Partner at Raworths and advises individuals and families on wills, trusts, inheritance tax and succession planning, including complex and cross-border estates. Before joining Raworths, Karl was Head of Private Client at London media and entertainment law firm Russells, and he is a member of STEP.
