Join us for our Speaker Dinner on Saturday 15th June. Club members – and cycling fundraisers – Andy Dennis and Tracey Hill will be speaking about ‘The Highs and Lows of Nursing’.
Andy is a staff nurse on the intensive care unit at Harrogate Hospital and Tracey is a skin surgery specialist nurse at York Hospital dermatology department.
Outside their day jobs, Andy has experience working with Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), a charity that provides humanitarian medical care. His role involved tackling the Ebola virus outbreak in Africa. Andy and Tracey are also keen fundraisers for Médecins Sans Frontières; their most recent fundraising effort involving cycling from Amsterdam to Gibraltar.
Tickets for the Speaker Dinner cost £30.
