You are invited to an exclusive members-only event at The Harrogate Club on Wednesday 7th May, 5-7pm. Join The Harrogate Butcher for a chance to improve basic skills including jointing and spatchcocking a chicken.
The event includes an introduction, demonstration and instruction. Equipment will be provided and the £40 ticket price also includes a chicken to take home.
Although no problems are expected, the session will start with a safety presentation.
